Upon the removal of our old shingles, they discovered several places where the plywood had gotten wet over the years and was rotten. They cut out and replaced every damaged area. They upgraded the roof to include a drip edge, which should ensure the edges of the plywood don’t rot in the future. On top of it all, the roof is backed by a 50-year warranty!
